The Bayview Barber College is located at 4912 Third Street, San Francisco, CA 94124. The institution is licensed to operate by the counsel for Private Post secondary and Vocational Education, pursuant to California Education Code Section 94915. This means that the institution and its operation comply with the standards established under the law for occupational instruction by private post-secondary education institutions. Institutional approval must be renewed every three years and is subject to continuing review. Approved courses are:

Barber - 1500 Hours Cosmetology Refresher Course - 400 Hours Barber Refresher Course - 400 Hours Instructor Training Course - 600 Hours

California statue requires that a student, upon successful completion of a course for study, be awarded an appropriate diploma or certificate verifying the completion.

Prospective enrollees are encouraged to visit the physical facilities of the school personnel prior to enrolling or signing enrollment agreements. The schools have available, for eligible applicants, various types of financial assistance programs, which are sponsored by various government, state and other agencies, to provide grants or other forms of assistance which may pay portions or all of the tuition fees.
